Master Data / Data Management

The subsystem contains all of the reference data that is necessary for the overall functionality of the application and includes:

Demographic Folder Data (Types of Affinity, Professions,Education, Marital Status etc)
Visits Data (Diagnosis, Symptoms, Types of Visits, Findings, etc)
Exams Data (Exam Categories, Exams, Physiological Exam Values, Exam Measurement Modules, etc.)
Treatment Data (Drugs, administration methods, packaging etc)
Geographic Data
Application management data (Users, user types, user roles, etc.)

Patients

The subsystem includes the patients with their medical card. This medical card will store their personal details, their social and medical history and any medical act. Patient's medical card is also linked to specialized electronic medical record per doctor's specialty (gynecological, pathological,endocrinological, etc)

Visits

The subsystem includes management of the planning and execution of visits, as well as the history of patient visits. For each entry, it is possible to store all information related to medical operations during the visit. Automatically link to the patient's medical card.

Patient's Examination / Patient Treatments

The subsystem includes all the elements relating to the patient's medical treatment, examinations and results during his visit. Automatically link to visit tabs and the patient's medical card.

Reports/Prints

The subsystem contains prints and reports for each individual entity of the application. More specifically:

Exams / Therapies Ordering Prints
Aggregate statistics (visits, patients, hospitals, etc.)
Comparative statistical periods
Summary & analytical data of Clinical Exams
